Bc. Ing. (Bachelor in Engineering) - Civil Engineering University of Civil Engineering - Denmark - 1953

For more than 55 years, Mr. Holm has held the position of civil engineer where he worked on various creative projects.

He demonstrated excellent problem solving and analytical skills, demonstrated effective management of organizational skills and ability to work within complex projects and environments. As a Senior Civil Engineer, he has been Project Manager and Project Complex Feasibility Study Leader.  Mr. Holm has been responsible for complex projects, using specialized engineering techniques

and tools. , completed the projects without delay and respecting the quality standards during the construction of more than 100 ports across several countries:

1. Algeciras Bay Development, Spain 2. Qinzhou Regional Plan, China 3. Lagoven Heavy Oil Development, Venezuela 4. Bukit Asam Coal Mining Development and Transportation, Indonesia 5. King Khaled International Airport, Saudi Arabia 6. Jubail Industrial Complex and City, Saudi Arabia 7. Qatar Gas Utilization Plan, Qatar 8. Adana-Yumurtalik Free Zone, in Turkie 9. Western Shenzhen Industrial Development, China 10. Tumen River Area Development Program (TRADP), (China, Russia, North Korea, South Korea and Mongolia.)

Apart from these projects, this master engineer knowledge spans more than 12 years in various fields such as: roads, railways, buildings, airports, 40 bridges, ports, dams, 25 canals, pipelines, water, and sewage systems.
From 1994- to date-He is responsible for construction and site work, verification of calculations and design of contract comments in Panama, Colombia, Nigeria and Cameroon.

From 1991 to 1994- Mr. Holm worked at the United Nations Development Program where he was Senior Project Adviser (TRADP) - Tumen River Area Development Program: Territory including Russia, China and Korea North. This project was estimated at more than $ 30 billion.

From 1977 to 1991: - Director of Ports at Bechtel Corporation. Business Line Manager Bechtel Civil Inc. - Senior Port and Dimension Engineer. - Technical Advisor Bukit Asam Project, Indonesia. Responsible for feasibility studies for detailed engineering of port construction. - Responsible for design development and Project Manager for the modernization of the green sector of 17 ports and a fleet of tankers at LAGOVEN, national oil company, Venezuela. -Civil engineer; responsible for various projects in coal mines in Alaska. -Responsible for the missions in the application, the management, the commercial of various projects of the sector of the mining coal exploitation, in the cities of Long Beach, Wilmington and Delaware in the United States and in Guatemala.

From 1974 to 1977: Mechanical Project Engineer - Responsible for the detailed mechanics and construction of 4 berths of 300.000 DWT. -Project manager. Boat port line development for ARACOM.
 
1971 to 1974: Owner of a consulting firm. As a consultant he has developed several research programs, strategic planning for refineries, oil pipelines, oil ports for the state of Washington. Project that lasted more than 30 years.
 
From 1969 to 1971: Project Manager at KAISER Engineers- Responsible for the feasibility study of detailed engineering and construction of 2 ports and a fleet of ships in Australia.


From 1967 to 1969: Responsible for Engineering and planning of pipelines, docks and refineries for Raymond International.
 
From 1960 to 1967: Design Engineer - In charge of the modernization of production lines for the modification and installation of tanker equipment and refineries.
 
From 1953 to 1960: Shipbuilders in the United States Navy- US NAVY- Member of the 16th Engineer Battalion, 1st Army Division Site Manager- in charge of construction, coordination and control of highway works in the city from Manhattan to the United States.
